Everything you need to know about TailoredResHub. Can't find an answer? Contact our support team.
TailoredResHub is an AI-powered resume builder that tailors your resume to specific job postings. You create a Project — your professional profile — and then generate multiple Resumes from it, each automatically optimised for a different job description.
Our AI reads the job posting, identifies the most important requirements and keywords, then rewrites and restructures your experience to maximise your match score for that specific role.
You have two options when creating a project:
- Upload Resume — upload an existing PDF or DOCX and our AI will extract all your information automatically. You review and edit everything before saving.
- Start from Scratch — fill in a guided step-by-step form covering your basic info, education, experience, skills, certifications and projects.
Once your project is created, you can generate as many tailored resumes as you need from it.
We support PDF, DOCX, DOC, and TXT files up to 10 MB. PDF and DOCX give the best extraction results. If your resume is in a different format, convert it to PDF first using any free online converter.
The Job Match Score is a percentage that estimates how well your generated resume aligns with the target job description. It considers keyword overlap, required skills, experience level, and role-specific language.
A score of 80%+ is a strong match. 60–79% is good. Below 60% suggests the role may require skills or experience not yet in your profile — consider adding more relevant details to your project.
No. The AI only uses information you have provided in your project profile. It rewrites and reorders your existing experience to better match the job description — it does not invent new roles, skills, or qualifications.
You can also edit any generated resume directly in the preview before downloading.
Yes. When creating a resume, toggle on Generate Cover Letter and our AI will write a personalised cover letter for that specific job. It can be previewed, edited, and downloaded as PDF or DOCX separately from your resume.
You paste the full job description text or the job posting URL into the Target Job field when creating a resume. The AI reads the requirements and tailors your resume accordingly. The more detailed the job description, the better the tailoring.
You can download your resume as a PDF (best for sending to employers) or as a DOCX Word document (editable in Microsoft Word or Google Docs). Both formats are available for the resume and the cover letter.
Yes. When generating a resume you can choose from multiple professional templates, pick a theme colour, and select a font style. You can also directly edit the text content in the preview before downloading.
Yes. All templates are designed to be parsed correctly by Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). We use clean, single-column or two-column layouts, standard section headings, and avoid graphics or tables that can confuse ATS parsers.
Your data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties or used to train AI models. Uploaded resume files are processed and then deleted from temporary storage. Your profile information is only used to generate your resumes.
