By creating an account, uploading a resume, or otherwise using TailoredResHub ("the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, have read and understood these Terms of Service, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Description of Service

TailoredResHub is an AI-assisted resume creation platform that allows users to:

• Create professional profiles (Projects) containing their work history, education and skills
• Generate tailored resumes and cover letters targeted at specific job descriptions
• Download generated documents in PDF and DOCX formats
• Preview and edit generated content before downloading

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we have reason to believe registration information is inaccurate or where these terms have been violated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information in your profile or resumes
• Impersonate another person or create resumes on behalf of others without their consent
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
• Overload, attack, or otherwise disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without notice.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all personal information, work history, and other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant TailoredResHub a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and use Your Content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to submit Your Content and grant the above licence
• Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your Content is accurate and does not constitute fraud or misrepresentation

We do not sell Your Content to third parties or use it to train AI models.

6. AI-Generated Content

Resumes, cover letters, and summaries generated by our AI are based solely on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers.

Important: TailoredResHub does not guarantee employment outcomes. AI-generated content is a tool to assist your job search — it is not a guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific role. You must ensure all information in your final resume is truthful and accurate before submitting to any employer.

7. Intellectual Property

The TailoredResHub platform, including its design, codebase, templates, and branding, is the intellectual property of TailoredResHub and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without express written permission.

Resume documents you generate and download belong to you. You may use them freely for personal job-seeking purposes.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete or appropriate for every situation
• Using the Service will result in job interviews or employment offers

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TailoredResHub and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of employment opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your Profile page. Upon termination, your projects and resumes will be permanently deleted.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, without obligation to provide a refund or compensation.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
